Who Am I?
I am a Human Centered AI student at Texas Tech University. I am switching careers to go after my passsion for technology and fashion. This site will demonstrate my roadmap! What brought me here, where I'm going, and how I plan to get there!
My Goals
- Graduate in December 2026 with my degree in Human Centered AI
- Start an opinion column on tech and fashion
- Get a job in my desired field
My 5 Year Plan
- Year 1: Learn the fundamentals of HCAI and graduate with my degree
- Year 2: Gain experience in the AI space and expand my knowledge
- Year 3: Start my opinion column on tech and fasion to break into the fashion space
- Year 4: Continue to grow my column and gain more experience in the fashion space
- Year 5: Get a job in the tech and fashion space to combine my passions and make an impact!
What Inspires Me?
- My passion for ballet has taught me discipline and the importance of practice
- My love of goth music has encouraged creative expression, even when it comes from darker places
- Painting is my perfect choatic outlet, no matter what I'm feeling nothing is wrong on the canvas
- These hobbies have created a perfect storm of curiosity and creativity that I plan to bring to the AI space. I want to look at this new technology with a fresh perspective and make an impact!
Life Lessons That Make It Possible
- Don't be afraid to ask for help! I have found that the people around me are more than willing to help me succeed, I just have to ask!
- Don't be afraid to fail! Failure is a part of the learning process and it's important to embrace it and learn from it
- Don't be afraid to try new things! You never know what you might discover about yourself or the world around you if you don't step out of your comfort zone
